Where are condominiums located?

Our units are located at The Tamarack Club – Holiday Valley resort. All our units have a slope-view. The Tamarack building is located near the Day Care and Children’s Snowsports school and has ski-in/ski-out access.

How to access the room

The Tamarack club is located at Holiday Valley resort. Look for the portico entrance; the front desk is located right inside the main doors.
Check-in at the front desk (your reservation is confirmed).
Check-in: 4 pm or later; Check-out: 11am.
You will need to provide your name, ID and a credit card at the front desk. Must be 21 years of age or older.
They will ask you for your credit card for incidentals or if there are any additional expenses that are charged to your room (i.e.: room service, etc.).

Parking

Park in the Underground Garage (after check-in). Use your room key to gain access.
Park at the Front Entrance Parking lot (first come, first serve).
Free Valet Parking.

Lift tickets

Lift tickets should be purchase online directly from Holiday Valley. We recommend to purchase tickets 14 days prior your stay to take advantage of 20% – 30% discount.

The front desk is available to assist you 24/7. Stop by the 3rd floor or call (extension 7000).

How do we get an early check-in?

Due to our high occupancy check in begins at 4pm each day. While we try to accommodate requests for early check in when possible. We recommend that you pack your gear so that you can hit the slopes while you wait for the check in time to begin.

Can we have a Late Check out?

We honor this request whenever possible but given the high occupancy levels of the Ski Season it is rare that we can extend late check out. You may call the front desk the day of your departure to inquire.

Are there kitchenettes/full kitchen in the rooms?

There are kitchenettes in the Studio units and Full-kitchens in the One and Two-Bedroom suites. The full kitchen includes, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, pots pans, plates and silverware.

Are there laundry facilities?

The Tamarack have coin op washer and dryer in the second floor.

Do we have to bring our own linens, paper towels, etc.?

We provide linens and paper towels for our guest during their stay. Please bring any groceries you would like for your visit. The fireplaces in Tamarack are gas.

Are there hair dryers in the rooms?

There are hair dryers at Tamarack Guest rooms.

Will the shuttle take us to town?

There is no shuttle service to the Village, but a taxi service is available at (716) 375-TAXI, or UBER or Lyft.

How far is it to Ellicottville?

The Village of Ellicottville is one mile from Holiday Valley. Southern Tier Transportation taxi service is available in Ellicottville, 716-375-8294. The taxi is available Monday through Thursday until 9PM and Fridays and Saturdays until 2AM. They are closed on Sundays

What services are in Ellicottville?

There is a grocery store and liquor store in Ellicottville, a gas station, a medical complex with a pharmacy, orthopedic office, doctor’s office, dentist’s office and physical therapy office, hair salons and a barber shop and personal trainers.
