“Clean room in a convenient location with access to pools and playground for the little ones. We have a 2-year-old and it was perfect for keeping him entertained. It is also a very short drive from Allegany State Park and is absolutely gorgeous! It is perfect for hiking, biking and even a beautiful lake to Kayak in! Don’t forget about “Thunder Rocks” for some monster rock climbing fun! If that isn’t enough, there’s the adventure park that’s right nearby as well. We will be back for sure!”

“Had a great time!. The place was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Amenities are great. Fun to swim outside in the cold weather. Pool was warm and hot tubs were hot. Kitchen has everything you need (pans, coffee and coffee maker, dishes, dish soap and towels, etc.). Bathroom has shampoo, soap, and lotion, plus plenty of towels. Giant soaking tub! Two TVs with cable. DVD player. Nice fireplace turns on with the flip of a switch. So close to the town full of cute shops and restaurants. Took a trip to sculpture park (close drive). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“This place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, awesome view of the ski mountain. Ski in/ski out was super nice and convenient. The hot tub/pool was amazing to swim in after a long day of skiing. This place is also a 3-minute drive into the town of Ellicottville where you can eat at a bunch of restaurants and bars. There are also restaurants right on-site. I will stay here every time I go to Ellicottville to ski. Highly recommend it.”

The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub area is a 30 second walk down the hall on the same level as the room. The room has an outdoor balcony with a view of the slopes/ golf course.
